ASSA OEM AB is an ASSA ABLOY Group company, and was founded on the 1st of June 2007, by a merger of the three companies Assa Industri AB, FIX AB and Fas Låsfabrik. ASSA OEM develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of locks and fittings for windows & doors. The company is market leader in the Nordic countries and well established in other countries. The unit Fix (former FIX AB) was founded 1925 and is based in Göteborg.
